Webinar – MN CFPM Registration Renewal (4-CEUs)

Did you get a letter or email message – Notice to Apply for Renewal of MN CFPM Registration – from MN Dept of Health (MDH)?

Check the expiry date of your MN CFPM Registration. Click here to access the MDH database of Certified Food Protection Managers to discover your MN CFPM Registration status. You cannot apply for a renewal if you are not listed. The MN Dept of Health deletes entries the day after a registration expires – if this happens to you, you must contact them to receive further instructions on what to do next.

The MN Food Code states that 4-CEUs in “Food Safety” must be earned within the valid dates of a current registration. If you do not meet the necessary criteria for MN CFPM Registration Renewal, please register as an Initial CFPM Certification student, as you will need to pass the CFPM Exam again in order to re-apply for MN CFPM Registration.

You must submit your FSG-issued CFPM Renewal Certificate via the MN Dept of Health’s online registration portal. The MN Dept of Health no longer accepts printed paper submissions. Online submission of your MN CFPM Registration Renewal Certificate must be completed within six months of the FSG Certificate issue date.
