Check the expiry date printed on your pink MN CFPM Registration Card to see when yours is up, or click here to access the MDH database of Certified Food Managers to discover your MN CFPM Registration status.

You cannot apply for a renewal if you are not listed. If your listing appears in RED you cannot submit for renewal as this indicates your MN CFPM Registration has already expired.

The MN Food Code states that all CEUs in Food Safety must be earned prior to the expiry date printed on the front of your pink MN CFPM Registration card. If you do not meet the necessary criteria for MN CFPM Registration Renewal, please register as an Initial CFPM Certification student.

Register – Enter your FM# and expiry date of your current MN CFPM Registration. Please be sure to enter your Full Legal Name (including your Middle Name) so that it will print correctly on your Certificate. FoodSafetyGuy will issue a digital certificate after class – it will be attached to an email requesting your evaluation of the class.

You must print the certificate and send it to MDH with this application, and the required fee, within six months of the FSG Certificate issue date.
