- 1st Attempt - If you did not complete Food Safety training through FoodSafetyGuy (either in person or via online class) you must bring a Certificate of Completion that states where, when and what kind of training you received.
- 2nd Attempt - You can take the exam immediately, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
- 3rd Attempt - ServSafe requires that you wait at least 60-days from the 2nd Attempt, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
- 4th Attempt - ServSafe requires that you wait at least 60-days from the 3rd Attempt, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
- 5th Attempt - ServSafe requires that you wait at least 12-months from the 4th Attempt - you will have to take class and then the exam.
