This purchase includes (1) Exam Answer Sheet and proctoring services for the ServSafe® Food Manager Certification Examination.

On class day you will need to present a valid Photo-ID – no exceptions.

ServSafe® Food Manager Certification Examination – Please Note …

• 1st Attempt – If you did not complete Food Safety training through FoodSafetyGuy (either in person or via online class) you must bring a Certificate of Completion that states where, when and what kind of training you received.
• 2nd Attempt – You can take the exam immediately, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
• 3rd Attempt – ServSafe requires that you wait at least 60-days from the 2nd Attempt, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
• 4th Attempt – ServSafe requires that you wait at least 60-days from the 3rd Attempt, but must not wait longer than 6-months from the class date or you will have to take the class again.
• 5th Attempt – ServSafe requires that you wait at least 12-months from the 4th Attempt – you will have to take class and then the exam.
