In response to the CDC’s recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have additional online offerings. We intend to continue to provide training and exams, and are asking for flexibility in scheduling proctored exams.
After registration you’ll receive a confirmation email containing important information. This email will arrive in your inbox within one (1) business day. If you register on a weekend, the email will be sent on Monday.
Our office is generally closed on observed holidays.

Class Registration Information
There are three ways to register for an upcoming FoodSafetyGuy class:
- Submit a registration form on our shopping page and pay using your credit card
- Submit a registration form on our shopping page and select the “Print and Call” option to pay by check.
- Download a registration form and mail it along with your payment.*
*Please note: We happily accept registrations via mail; however, to be sure we are able to have your course materials sent to you in a timely fashion we’d appreciate an email or phone call telling us your registration is on the way.
Remember, you can always register online and then mail in your check.

Once your registration is received, your specific class information will be sent to you; course materials will be mailed as soon as payment is received. In order to allow for adequate book review time prior to class, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead and send your payment promptly!

Refund policy
Every effort will be made to match you up with an appropriate replacement class in the event of a company or student emergency, turnover, or class cancellation.
- If a credit cannot be used we will refund the cost of the registration, less class materials (book) and postage, if sent.
- Refunds are made upon request prior to the day of the class. No call, no show, no refund.
- Emergencies on the day of the class will be addressed as needed. Please call or email by 9:00 am on the class day.
